Phoenix Glade
Working in partnership with Tree House Liverpool to create a living memorial to those lost during the Covid pandemic. The work will consist of a glade of trees planeted in the shape of a heart. To launch the completed work there will be a fire sculpture in the shape of a phoenix which afterwards will be replaced by a permanent fixed public sculpture.
Talking Cards
Work for Tiger Monkey UK to design bespoke communication material for Children & Young People Specialist Services, the results consist of nearly a hundred individual designs in four themed sets of conversation cards.
Fire Sculpture
A new fire sculpture for the conclusion of an autumn ‘Apple Fair’ in north London. With a 10ft tall Venus, goddess of love, warming the audience with her passion, apples, and red flaming hair.
Book
Now completed, a major writing and designing project for a book on Spinal Cord Injury. Working with Dr.Anthony Papathomas from the Peter Harrison Centre at Loughborough University the book is a visual guide looking at the issues and circumstances faced by those who have suffered a spinal injury. The book is already receiving impressive feedback.
Website
A new promotional website along with a combined puppet and history show about the people, places and rich heritage of the London Borough of Enfield. Developed from work for Enfield’s Museum Service the show is hosted by the worlds only living Enfield (a strange heraldic animal).
Communication
Partnership work with Treehouse Liverpool developing communication materials as well as face to face creative work – engaging groups and individuals in change, social engagement and community renewal.
Sculpture
Two works commissioned in Haringey, North London, both in cast aluminium. One as a gift to a school. The second in memory of a lost child.
